Jennifer Barker

Jennifer Barker, MBA, LMSW, currently serves as the Director of Student Conduct and Deputy Title IX Coordinator at Concordia College since February 2024. Prior to this role, Jennifer was a Milieu Supervisor at Nexus-PATH Family Healing - Luther Hall from March 2023 to January 2024, where responsibilities included developing treatment plans and identifying risk factors. As Project Manager for Prevent Child Abuse North Dakota from June 2018 to January 2022, Jennifer led project planning and evaluation while fostering stakeholder relationships and promoting prevention messaging. Previous experience includes coordinating various child and adolescent health initiatives at The Neuropsychiatric Research Institute and advocating for residents at Restart, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Clinical/Medical Social Work from Minnesota State Moorhead, an MBA from the University of Mary, a BA in Psychology from Metro State University, and an AAS in Medical Assisting from Argosy University.
