Michael Chan

Michael Chan is an accomplished educator and leader in theological studies, currently serving as the Executive Director for Faith and Learning at Concordia College since June 2022. Prior to this role, Michael held positions at Luther Seminary, first as an Associate Professor from May 2019 to June 2022, and earlier as an Assistant Professor of Old Testament during 2013-2014. Michael's academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Hebrew Bible from Emory University (2009-2013), a Master's degree in Old Testament from Luther Seminary (2007-2009), and a Master's degree in Biblical Studies from Pacific Lutheran University (2000-2005).
