Paula Selzler

Paula Selzler is an experienced professional in the food services industry, currently serving as the Associate Director of Dining Services at Concordia College since June 2017. With a long tenure at Sodexo since November 1999, Paula has held various leadership roles, including General Manager, Retail Manager, and Catering Manager, where responsibilities included managing fiscal budgets, staff training, and maintaining client relations, as well as overseeing operations and compliance with product standards across multiple restaurant concepts. Paula holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from North Dakota State University, earned between 1995 and 1999.
