Doug Grove

Doug Grove has a diverse work experience in the education field. Doug currently holds the position of Head of School at Concordia International School Hanoi. Prior to this, they worked as a Partner at Multi-Dimensional Education Incorporated, where they focused on understanding the various factors affecting student achievement. Doug also served as a Partner at Core 5 LLC, working on providing resources and activities for elementary school-aged children. Additionally, Doug owned Continuous Improvement Associates, where they likely provided consultation services. Doug has also held various roles at Concordia International School Shanghai, including Interim Head of School and Director of Business Development. Furthermore, they have served as Associate Provost/VP Enrollment and Program Development as well as Assistant Provost for Adult, Graduate, and Online Learning at Concordia University Irvine. Doug Grove obtained a Ph.D. in Education: Research Design and Statistical Analysis from Claremont Graduate University, which they attended from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Educational Leadership at California State University, Fullerton from 1998 to 2000. Doug also holds a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Pepperdine University, where they studied from 1995 to 1998.
