Frank Skrip has a diverse work experience. Frank worked at Concordia Lutheran Ministries from 2006 to present as a Director of Public Relations and previously as a Public Relations Staff. In these roles, they were responsible for various tasks such as writing news releases, website copy, ad copy, managing newsletters, and coordinating events and fundraisers. In addition, they also worked as a Part-Time Instructor at Butler County Community College since 2011 and as a Freelance Writer for Vetrepreneur Magazine from 2008 to 2018.

Frank Skrip earned their Associate degree in General Studies with a focus on Communication from Butler County Community College in 2004. Frank furthered their education at Point Park University from 2006 to 2008, obtaining a Master of Arts degree in Mass Communication with a specialization in the IMC track.
