Loren Pawlitz has extensive experience in sales, marketing, and eCommerce, currently serving as the Executive Director of Sales and eCommerce and previously as the Executive Director of Marketing and eCommerce at Concordia Publishing House since September 2010. Loren has a strong focus on creating engaging online experiences and fostering corporate relationships, alongside directing strategies to enhance user engagement and conversion rates. Prior to this, Loren held the position of Retail Director at Delaware North Companies, where oversight included leading over 150 employees and managing retail operations at Busch Stadium. Additional roles encompass management positions at various companies, including State Farm Insurance, Clarks of England, Finish Line, Shoe Carnival, and Ted Drewes, showcasing a solid foundation in retail and team leadership.
