The Operations and Systems Team at Concordia ensures the efficient functioning of organizational processes and manages the technology infrastructure supporting their initiatives. This team is responsible for maintaining and optimizing CRM and data systems, coordinating logistical aspects of events such as the Annual Summit, and facilitating smooth operational workflows across the organization to enable impactful public-private partnerships.
