Arvind Siva

Arvind Siva is currently the Head of Strategy and Operations at Concordium since October 2024, while also serving as an Angel Investor focusing on early-stage investments across private markets. Notable investments include Innerworks, Hey Savi, Perplexity.AI, and Numarqe. Concurrently, Arvind is a Mentor at Outlier Ventures and was previously the Head of Strategic Initiatives at Copper.co from August 2021 to October 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Barclays Investment Bank, where Arvind advanced from Investment Banking Associate to Vice President of Digital Strategy and Innovation from February 2015 to July 2021, advising on significant mergers and acquisitions. Arvind holds a Masters in Management from London Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Finance from The University of Western Australia.
