Geoff Perkins

Geoff Perkins is the President and Co-Founder of Concourse Federal Group. Geoff has over 10 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, representing Fortune 500 companies as well as middle-market companies. Prior to joining Concourse Federal Group, Geoff was Of Counsel at Fluet Huber + Hoang PLLC, where they worked on a variety of complex business combination transactions. Geoff has also worked as an attorney at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, where they represented clients in all types of M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, consolidations, reorganizations, recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, and going private transactions. Geoff is a member of the DC and Virginia Bar.

Geoff Perkins attended Merrimack Valley High School before going on to Georgetown University Law Center where they obtained their Juris Doctorate. Afterward, they became certified from the DC Bar and now works as a practicing lawyer in the field of Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law.
