Dr. Leh Luoh

Dr. Leh Luoh is a highly experienced professional in the fields of electrical and electronics engineering, with a Doctor of Philosophy from National Central University. Currently serving as the Director of the CEO Office Automation Project at Concraft Holding Co Ltd since May 2019, Dr. Luoh also holds multiple consulting roles, including R&D Consultant at both the Industrial Technology Research Institute and the National Chung-Shan Institute of Science & Technology, as well as a Guest Consultant for AI and Machine Vision at the Institute for Information Industry. Additionally, Dr. Luoh is an Associate Trainer for Industry 4.0 and Intelligent Robotics at the Taoyan-HsinChu-Miaoli Regional Branch of the Ministry of Labor and serves as the Principal at MVIAT. As an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Chung Hua University, Dr. Luoh specializes in Machine Vision, Robot Control, and other advanced technologies. Other significant roles include Editor of the Journal "Neurocomputers: development, application" at the Russian Academy of Sciences and Director of the Guidance and Control Division at the National Chung-Shan Institute of Science & Technology.
