Cole Clements

Cole Clements is an experienced estimator currently working at Concrete Frame Associates, LLC since June 2022. Prior to this role, Cole served as a Concrete Estimator and Assistant Project Manager at Shiel Sexton from November 2019 to April 2022, where responsibilities included material takeoff and labor analysis for cast-in-place concrete projects. Cole began their career at Saunders Construction, first as a Project Engineer from July 2017 to September 2019, contributing to the 9th and Colorado Redevelopment and managing procurement and punch lists, and previously as a Project Engineer Intern in 2016, assisting with tenant improvements. Early experience includes an internship as an Assistant Superintendent at Meyer Najem Construction in 2015, focusing on site management and quality control. Cole holds a degree in Construction Management Technology from Purdue University, achieved between 2013 and 2017.
