Mariam Hany

Mariam Hany is a skilled BIM Architect with extensive experience in various construction and architectural projects. Currently employed at Concrete Plus since November 2023, Mariam previously worked as a Technical Office Engineer at Solid Construction, focusing on BIM preparation for the Hacienda Bay project. Prior roles include BIM Architect at IBS-Integrated Building Systems, where responsibilities involved creating detailed BIM models and shop drawings for the New Port Said Technological University, and also preparing RFIs and material submittals. Mariam's experience at KAF Consultant includes developing BIM models and tender packages for the Andalusia Hospital project in Saudi Arabia. Additionally, Mariam has interned at the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, and the Technological Institute of Construction Engineering and Management. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from the Modern University for Technology & Information, Mariam continues to contribute significant expertise to the field.
