Rhonda Allen

Rhonda is CEO of /dev/color, the global career and community accelerator for Black technologists. She leads with the deep conviction that advancing Black leaders will strengthen communities, accelerate progress toward a more equitable future, and ultimately, change tech for good.Previously, Rhonda was an executive at Teach For America and the International Society for Technology in Education, where she led the vision and strategy to support ISTE’s community of 500,000 education leaders in more than 75 countries. A native Arkansan, Rhonda earned her BA in Sociology, Spanish, and Nonprofit Management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and her Masters in Early Childhood Education from Georgia State University.
