Chip Wildman

Chip Wildman, SHRM-SCP has over 27 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Chip currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources and Safety Services at Concrete Supply Company, where they have been since June 2020. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Human Resources at the same company for over 11 years. In this position, they were responsible for overseeing multiple functions, including Safety, Employee Relations, Benefits, and Training. Chip developed staffing strategies, aligned developmental needs with business objectives, and implemented effective retention strategies.

Before joining Concrete Supply Company, Chip worked as the Senior Regional Human Resources Manager at DSC Logistics from January 2001 to March 2009. Prior to that, they served as the Division Human Resources Manager at Perdue Farms from July 1995 to January 2001. Chip began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Soft Play, Inc. from 1993 to 1995.

Chip Wildman, SHRM-SCP, obtained a B.A. in Human Resources from Kent State University, where they studied from 1989 to 1991. Prior to that, they earned an A.A.S. in Business Management from Cazenovia College, attending from 1986 to 1988. In addition to their degrees, they obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in November 2015.
