Utkarsh Tomar

Utkarsh Tomar is an experienced IP professional currently serving as a Manager at Concur IP since August 2023, where responsibilities include end-to-end management of core Intellectual Property projects and supervising junior analysts. Prior to this, Utkarsh held the position of Principal IP Associate at Effectual Services from April 2019 to August 2023, leading high-value IP projects and engaging directly with clients. Early career experience includes the role of Patent Research Associate, where Utkarsh conducted various IP searches and provided training to new joiners. Utkarsh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida, completed in 2018, along with previous educational qualifications from R R Morarka Public School and St. Mary's School.
