Kelsey Skaugrud

Kelsey Skaugrud is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief of Staff and Head of Market Strategy at SAP Concur since February 2020, after holding the position of Principal Program Manager for Performance and Strategy. Kelsey has focused on coordinating business activities, defining strategic processes, and aligning executive leadership on a three-year market strategy. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Portfolio Planning at SAP Concur, where responsibilities involved strategic product planning and managing the quarterly roadmap publication. Prior to SAP, Kelsey worked at Expeditors from August 2013 to March 2020 as Program Manager for Migrated Solutions and Product Manager for Reporting Tools and Systems, and contributed to the implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework.
