Eli Rodriguez

Eli Rodriguez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2007, they started their career as a Networks and Systems Intern at Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Forestales, Agricolas y Pecuarias (INIFAP), where they provided technical support, performed hardware and software maintenance, and carried out clerical duties.

From 2015 to 2016, Eli worked as a Developer at Grupo Ponan, where they planned, programmed, and implemented .Net applications. Eli also utilized SAP Business One SDK through C# to simplify processes and performed database administration and network administration tasks.

At Infinity Insurance, Eli held several positions. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Customer Insights Analyst, providing support to the Customer Insights & Analytics Team by maintaining databases, generating reports, and assisting with marketing campaigns. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a CRM Developer, gaining proficiency in designing and developing CRM applications and data modeling, mapping, and integration. From 2018 to 2019, they were promoted to Senior Software Developer and led the successful migration of a CRM instance to Dynamics 365 Cloud. Eli provided ongoing support for the new system and maintained constant communication with stakeholders and project sponsors.

Currently, Eli works at Concurrency, Inc. as a System Engineer, starting from 2019. In this role, they provide quality service to internal and external customers by designing, building, and testing scalable solutions in the Power Platform. Eli has also worked on upgrading custom web resources for clients migrating to Dynamics 365 Unified Interface and collaborated with a development team for a Financial Services Company, providing solutions and evaluating approaches for sprint stories.

Eli Rodriguez completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Engineering from The University of Texas-Pan American from 2008 to 2013. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2007, they obtained a diploma in Informatics from Centro de Bachillerato Industrial y de Servicios No. 73. Additionally, Eli has acquired several certifications from Microsoft, including Power Platform Fundamentals in March 2021, MB-210 Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales in October 2020, MB-200 Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core in June 2020, Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate in July 2022, Power Platform App Maker Associate in June 2021, Power Platform Developer Associate in June 2021, and Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate in January 2023.
