Nicole Little, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations. Nicole has worked in various roles and organizations throughout their career. Their recent experience includes serving as an HR Representative at Concurrent Technologies Corporation, where they handled full life cycle recruitment and employee relations for the Department of Defense and commercialized sector. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Generalist at Enterprise Ventures Corporation, where they also managed unemployment compensation claims. Nicole has also held the position of Senior HR Generalist at DelGrosso Family of Companies, where they provided HR services to multiple entities within the organization and assisted with policy administration and training and development activities. Earlier in their career, they worked in recruitment and employee relations roles at Concurrent Technologies Corporation. Additionally, they have experience in operations and marketing as well as payroll administration.

Nicole obtained a Master of Human Resource Management degree from Saint Francis University, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from the same university, graduating in 2002. In 1995, Nicole also earned an Associate in Specialized Business Degree in Executive Secretarial studies from Cambria-Rowe Business College.
