Caroline Watson

Caroline Watson has over 30 years of experience in strategic alliances and business development. Caroline currently serves as the Director of Global Alliances at Condeco, a global leader in workspace scheduling software. Caroline'sprevious roles include serving as the Director of Alliances UKI & Benelux at Tradeshift, where they successfully drove demand, revenue, and solution adoption. Prior to that, Caroline held the position of Senior Director of Strategic Alliances at censhare, where they built and managed partner relationships in the UK, Nordics, Benelux, and France. Caroline also has experience in strategic alliances at Sage, SAP UK Limited, Troux Technology, Wily Technology, SEARCHSPACE, Sequent, and Digital Equipment Corp (DEC). Caroline has a track record of developing growth strategies, driving complex alignments, and generating multimillion Euro wins for their organizations.

Caroline Watson has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Strathclyde Business School. Caroline also holds a BA Hons degree in Commercial Law and Marketing from the University of Strathclyde.
