Steve McNair is currently the Group QHSE Manager at CMTG, where Steve leads the quality, health, safety, and environment function for a group providing vibration and acoustic analysis and condition monitoring equipment to various industries. With past experience as a Quality Director at EDF, G&H Photonics, AGC Aerospace & Defense, and BAE Systems, Steve has extensive experience in quality management across aerospace, defense, and engineering sectors. Steve's career began as an Aircraft Maintenance Apprentice and has since progressed through various roles in aircraft maintenance and quality assurance, showcasing their in-depth knowledge and expertise in the field.
