Sep Niakan

Sep Niakan is the Broker/Owner of BLACKBOOK PROPERTIES since January 2009. Additionally, Sep is a Partner at Abacus Therapies, a company that services children with developmental and behavioral challenges, which was founded in April 2017. Sep previously worked as the Coral Gables Manager at Colfax Realty from 2006 to 2008 and as the Founder / Vice President at Advansiv from 1999 to 2005. Sep obtained a BA degree from the University of Virginia in 1998.
