Maria Shokalo

Maria Shokalo is an experienced professional specializing in product management and customer service, currently serving as an Associate Product Manager at Condo Control since February 2019, where previous roles included Business Systems Analyst and Customer Service Agent. Prior to this, Maria worked at SOFTCORP from June 2016 to November 2018 as a Customer Service Specialist, adept at managing customer inquiries and complaints in English and Spanish.
