Rachel Martin-Bartolo

Rachel Martin-Bartolo has been working in economic development for the past few years, most recently as a project coordinator on the new dev team at Condo Culture. Rachel has also worked as a project manager at HIP Developments and as an economic development coordinator at the City of Waterloo. In their role at the City of Waterloo, Rachel was responsible for implementing and administering the Uptown Community Improvement Plan (CIP). Rachel also coordinated the Uptown Vision Committee and was the staff lead on the Lime electric scooters pilot project in Waterloo. Rachel is passionate about economic development and supporting all things economic development in Waterloo!

Rachel Martin-Bartolo completed an Honours Degree in Urban Planning at the University of Waterloo. Prior to that, they attended Elmira District Secondary School.
