Gabriela Romano

Gabriela Romano is a legal and compliance expert with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently a Partner at CondoCash since 2019, Romano oversees the Legal and Compliance Department and is involved in transaction design and documentation. As an Associate at KR Capital, responsibilities include reviewing and preparing various financial agreements and supporting financing structures and joint ventures. Previous positions include Head of Legal at IAUX BRASIL, where consultation centered on corporate governance and compliance, and providing legal support for mergers and acquisitions at Fineggi Capital. With a legal career spanning over two decades, including notable tenures at Banco Itaú and Credit Suisse, Romano possesses a robust background in risk management, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning. Educational credentials include an L.L.M. from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from USP.
