Marcelo Cruz

Marcelo Cruz is a professional with over 10 years of experience in the finance and tech industries. From 2010 to 2014, they were the Founder & CFO of Ligue Ponto. In 2014, they moved to Embracon Condomínios as the Principal Chief Financial Officer, where they were responsible for the financial areas, including evaluating and registering credit limits of customers, monitoring and reconciling bank liquidations, and authorizing financial operations. In 2018, they joined CondoConta as the Chief Operating Officer, where they were the first mover in creating a new sector called Condotech. Finally, in 2022, they were selected to be part of the Scale-Up Endeavor program, an acceleration program for the next generation of the largest scale-ups in the country.

Marcelo Cruz has a comprehensive education history. Marcelo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Pos-ECM/UFSC in 2005. In 2006, they completed a Master's degree in Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. In 2017, they completed a Master of Business Administration from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas with a focus on Accounting and Finance. In 2018, they began a post-graduate program in Financial and Banking Markets at UniCesumar, which they are still completing.
