Marcos Corrêa Barcelos Junior

Marcos Corrêa Barcelos Junior has a strong background in data analysis and operations. Marcos started their career in 2018 as an intern in data analysis in clinical engineering at (HUCAM) - Hospital Universitário Cassiano Antônio Moraes, where they focused on optimizing equipment maintenance and generating insights through data analysis using PowerBI software.

In 2021, Marcos joined SalesFarm as a Sales Operations Analyst, where they manipulated data from CRM, VoIP, and tables to extract useful information and create performance reports and dashboards. Marcos also worked on constructing and maintaining CRM systems based on client and coordinator meetings, improving processes and minimizing errors.

In 2022, Marcos moved to CondoConta as a SalesOPS Analyst. In this role, they implemented a sales machine within the CRM system, documented workflows, and trained new professionals. Marcos also analyzed and managed data within the CRM to ensure accurate monthly reports.

Throughout their career, Marcos has demonstrated a strong proficiency in data analysis and a talent for optimizing operations through process improvements and technological solutions.

Marcos Corrêa Barcelos Junior completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (Oficial) from 2014 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended the Ifes - Instituto Federal do Espírito Santo from 2012 to 2014 where they obtained a Technical degree in Electrotechnology.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Marcos has obtained several certifications. In January 2023, they received the RD Station Marketing - Basic certification from RD Station. In December 2022, they completed the Introduction to Customer Success course from CS Academy, as well as certifications in HubSpot Sales Software, Inbound Marketing, and Revenue Operations from HubSpot Academy.
