Brandy Fetter

Brandy Fetter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property management and operations. Currently serving as Regional Director at Condominium Associates since February 2023, Brandy previously held the role of Community Association Manager at FirstService Residential Florida from May 2015 to February 2023. Prior to that, Brandy was a Senior Operations Manager at A-Tech Management Consulting LLC and a Telecom Operations Specialist at Triage Partners, focusing on project management and business development for Verizon-related initiatives. Brandy's career began at Verizon, where roles included Consultant/Operations Specialist and Dispatch/Resource Center Manager. Brandy holds a degree in Business Studies from Kent State University and has certifications as a Mold Assessor and Mold Remediator from the American Mold & Moisture Association.
