Ian Darling

Ian Darling serves as the Chair of the Condominium Authority Tribunal, Ontario's first online tribunal, since October 2017. Prior to this role, Ian Darling was the Ombudsperson at Tarion Warranty Corporation from January 2009 to September 2017, where the Office of the New Home Buyer Ombudsperson was established under Ian Darling's leadership. Earlier in Ian Darling's career, a position as Ombudsperson was held at Fanshawe College from May 2000 to December 2008. Ian Darling holds a Master of Arts in Conflict Resolution from Antioch University Midwest (1997-2000) and a Bachelor's degree in History with a minor in International Justice and Human Rights from McMaster University (1992-1996).
