Aiser Sarria Sirias

GM, Mina La India at Condor Gold

Aiser Sarria Sirias is the current General Manager of Mina La India at Condor Gold. Prior to this, they were with B2Gold Corp. from July 2011 to October 2017, where they served as Superintendente de Mina y Proyectos. In this role, they were responsible for surface mining operations and the construction of dams, at the El Limón mine in León, Nicaragua. The annual budget for surface mining operations was 9-11 million dollars, with annual revenue of up to 36 million dollars. Aiser also oversaw the Third Stage of the tailings dam project in 2015, with a budget of 6.8 million dollars for six months of construction.

Previously, from February 2004 to July 2009, they were the Manager of Industrial Plants for Concrete and Aggregates at CEMEX. In this role, they managed industrial plants for the production of concrete and aggregate products. Aiser was also responsible for the formulation and evaluation of new projects, as well as the management of existing projects.

Aiser Sarria Sirias has a postgraduate degree in mining operations from Universidad Americana (UAM) and a postgraduate degree in project formulation and evaluation from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Aiser is also an engineer with a civil engineering degree from UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL DE INGENIERIA UNI-RUSB.
