Matt Erhart

Matt Erhart is a Senior Director of Software Engineering at Conductiv, where Matt leads a team of data scientists and full stack engineers, blending R&D and internal tooling. Before Conductiv, Matt worked as a Design Researcher and Fullstack Developer at the University of Maryland at College Park, a Frontend Developer at MARi, a Data Visualization Developer at UCSD, and a Data Visualization Developer at Carnegie Mellon University. Matt also has experience as a Staff Research Associate 3 at Design Lab, UCSD, and as a Graduate Researcher in Language and Communication Disorders at UCSD & SDSU. Prior to their work in research positions, Matt was a Graduate Researcher at Rayner Eyetracking Lab, UCSD, and a Staff Research Associate 2 at Multimodal Imaging Lab, UCSD. Matt holds a BS in Cognitive Science from UC San Diego.
