Tony Montagnolo

Anthony Montagnolo is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in supply chain technology and healthcare consulting. Currently serving as Vice President of Supply Chain Technology at Conductiv since April 2023, Anthony is also the President and Founder of HorizonSeek, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in strategy, revenue enhancement, business development, and digital transformation for small to midsize healthcare organizations. Prior to these roles, Anthony worked as a Consultant for the World Bank Group and held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at ECRI, where leadership contributed to the growth of a 400+ employee organization focused on data-driven business solutions. Anthony's career began at ECRI Institute, where innovative program development significantly increased membership and revenue. Anthony holds a Master's degree in Radiation Science from Rutgers University–New Brunswick and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and English from La Salle University.
