VP, Customer Success Programs & Operations at Conductor

As the Vice President of Customer Success Programs and Operations, Corbin is responsible for leading the development and execution of customer success strategies and programs that drive customer satisfaction and value.

Corbin has been working in the customer success and digital marketing field since 2013 and has been with Conductor for over five years, having previously led several other teams within the Customer Success department. Most recently before Conductor, Corbin was the Director of SEO at the global media agency Mediacom.

Corbin graduated from Boston University with a Bachelors in Business Administration. Originally from Massachusetts, Corbin moved to New York City in 2015 with the intention to only stay “a year or two” but now has no plans to leave.
