Matheus Reis

Matheus Reis is an experienced product management professional with a diverse background in leading teams and driving product strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as Principal Product Manager at Conductor since August 2025, Matheus previously held the position of Interim Head of Product Enterprise at Semrush from April 2023 to July 2025. At Y42, as Head of Product Integrations, Matheus managed a growing portfolio of API integrations and led a team of engineers, emphasizing Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Product Management at Fhinck, where Matheus implemented an Agile product operation, and founding two enterprises, Bearded Axe and Método Pascalle, directing growth strategies and business development.
