Michelle Pepe

Michelle Pepe has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. Michelle recently worked at Conductor as a Senior Recruiter Team Lead and previously as a Senior Recruiter. Prior to that, they were with ViacomCBS where they held multiple roles including Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Recruiting Coordinator. Before joining ViacomCBS, Michelle worked as a Planning Coordinator at iHeartMedia and as a Newsroom Intern at CBS Radio.

Michelle Pepe completed their education at Queens College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Media Studies from 2010 to 2014. Prior to their college education, they attended St. Francis Preparatory High School, where they obtained a High School Diploma in General Studies from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in topics such as diversity, inclusive branding, mental strength, generative AI, and recruiting strategies from LinkedIn in 2023.
