Nathaniel Welch

Nathaniel Welch is the Founder and Principal of Welch Consulting, with over 40 years of expertise in revenue generation, leadership development, and organizational design. Since November 2002, Nathaniel has collaborated with entrepreneurs and executives to enhance performance. Additionally, Nathaniel serves as the Consulting Chief Operating Officer for Virtual Software Systems, contributing to the development of cybersecurity tools, and as the Partner Development representative for Conductor Software, where focus is on linking psychological safety to team performance. In community efforts, Nathaniel co-chairs the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail Advisory Committee in Concord, MA. Previous roles include Senior Manager at CFAR, Business Development Manager at Viant, and VP positions at Lewtan Technologies and Advantage Systems. Nathaniel holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from the University of Rochester.
