Carrie Thomas

Carrie Thomas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management and client partnership roles. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Account Management at Conduent since September 2021, Carrie previously held the position of Vice President and Client Partner at Tech Mahindra from December 2020 to September 2021. Carrie's career at GENPACT LLC spanned over a decade, where roles included Assistant Vice President of Genpact Process Solutions. Earlier experience includes various managerial positions at GE Healthcare, focusing on process and infrastructure, customer care, and call center operations, as well as a managerial role at Marquette Medical Systems. Carrie holds a BBA in Business Administration & Management from Northwood University, earned between 2002 and 2005.
