Chris Carter

Chris Carter is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in fraud strategy, government payment operations, and digital communications. Currently serving as Vice President and General Manager of Fraud Strategy, Operations, and Prevention at Conduent since March 2021, Chris leads initiatives to safeguard assets and reputation while managing fraud-related financial performance. Previous roles include overseeing government payment services and digital communication implementations at Fiserv, and program management in digital banking at Ally Bank. Chris also held various vice president positions at Bank of America focused on mergers and acquisitions and project delivery. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Arizona State University and an Associate of Arts in Classical and Ancient Studies from Phoenix College.
