David T. Chen

David T. Chen serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Conduent's Commercial Solutions, overseeing finance and corporate development for a division employing 45,000 individuals. Chen leads corporate development and M&A integration at Conduent, a major business process company with a workforce of 68,000. Previously, Chen held the position of Head of Corporate Development for HP's $40 billion Personal Systems business and worked as a Director at Lazard Freres, specializing in investment banking and mergers and acquisitions. Early in the career, Chen served as a Financial Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Bank of America. Academic achievements include an A.B. in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
