Oleksandr Matviienko

Oleksandr (Sasha) Matviienko serves as Vice President and Head of Corporate Development/M&A at Consilio LLC, a prominent legal tech and managed services provider, since September 2025. Additionally, Oleksandr acts as a Venture Advisor for ZAS Ventures, focusing on early-stage SaaS and cloud startups in Central and Eastern Europe targeting the U.S. market. Previous roles include Director of Strategy and Corporate Development/M&A at Kelly, where significant transactions included a $485 million acquisition of Motion Recruitment Partners, and Director of Strategy and Corporate Development/M&A, Investments at Paychex, where Oleksandr developed a company-wide M&A strategy. Experience also encompasses corporate development roles at AT&T and investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Oleksandr holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Technology from UCLA Anderson School of Management and additional degrees in Finance from Tulane University and the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
