Dedra Ward is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in global human resources leadership across various high-profile organizations. Currently serving as the Global HR Leader at Conduent since March 2021, Dedra drives people strategies in alignment with business objectives and sponsors the Pride Employee Resource Group. Dedra is also a member of the Forbes Human Resources Council. Previous roles include Sr. Director at Equifax, Vice President of Human Resources at Priority Ambulance, and Director of HR at both Cox Automotive Inc. and Fiserv. Dedra has a proven track record in strategic HR support, talent management, organizational design, and employee engagement, complemented by qualifications including an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Management and HR from Trevecca Nazarene University.
