Helen Wang is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in tax accounting and compliance. Currently serving as Senior Director of Tax Accounting & Compliance at Conduent since June 2020, Wang has previously held key positions including Director of Tax Accounting & Reporting at Covanta and Vice President of Tax Compliance and Provision at Morgan Stanley. With additional roles as Vice President of Tax Accounting and Reporting at CIT and Tax Manager at Barclays Capital, Wang has cultivated a robust skill set in tax strategy and reporting. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Tax from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Master’s degree in Accounting from McGill University.
