Staci Clapper

Staci Clapper is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Global Leader for the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence at Conduent since March 2022. Staci manages a diverse global team focused on optimizing recruitment processes and implementing HR technology to enhance operational efficiency across 22 countries. Prior to Conduent, Staci worked as a Global Strategic Solutions Consultant at Paradox, where strategic transformation of the Talent Acquisition experience was achieved through the integration of assistive intelligence and automation. Staci has extensive experience in recruitment solutions design and implementation, having held key positions at IBM, where responsibilities included managing recruitment operations and consulting on HR transformation initiatives. Staci's career began at Ossanna Consulting Group and includes various roles at United Airlines and Hewitt Associates, encompassing a robust background in HR consulting and full life-cycle recruitment. Staci holds a BA in Math and Dance from Alma College.
