Susan Burgess

Susan Burgess serves as the Information Security and Privacy Officer for the New York Medicaid Management System contract at Conduent since May 2015, where responsibilities include implementing security and privacy controls in line with CMS requirements. As President of Burgess Consulting since April 2012, Susan provides independent consulting in areas such as proposal writing and the implementation of various management standards. Previous experience includes key roles at Keane Federal Systems, Signal Corporation, General Dynamics Network Systems, and Veridian, focusing on quality assurance, compliance audits, and management systems. Susan holds an MBA in Management from Frostburg State University and a BS in Engineering from Alfred University.
