Kirill Gertman

Kirill Gertman is the CEO and Co-Founder of Conduit, a company that provides a simple balance that lets users spend, send, save, and make money at the same time. Prior to their work at Conduit, Kirill served as the Head of Product at Eco, where they raised over $86M led by a16z Crypto with Founders Fund, Activant, Slow Ventures, Coinbase, Tribe, Valor and more than one hundred other funds and angels.

Before their work at Eco, Kirill served as the Chief Product Officer at Arival Bank. There, they transformed the digital banking experience from the main cause of customer churn into a source of customer delight by rebuilding it from scratch based on actual user feedback. Kirill increased NPS (banking average is 34; Bank of America is -24; Apple is 72) for mobile from -75 to 80 and web from -27 to 61. At Arival Bank, Kirill recruited and led a cross-functional team of 20 people, including PMs, engineers, designers, and QAs. Kirill also implemented continuous user research and testing, Agile development, OKRs.

Prior to their work at Arival Bank, Kirill served as the Co-Founder & CEO of For the Win. At For the Win, they helped companies get to profitability faster and scale efficiently by better understanding their unit economics: CAC, LTV and more.

Kirill Gertman is an autodidact, meaning they are self-taught. Kirill has experience in product design, UX design, and other things.
