Dominique Wells

Dominique Wells has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dominique is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Conduit Health Partners since March 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Mercy Health (formerly Catholic Health Partners) in various roles such as Nursing Information Officer, Manager Clinical Content, RN Clinical Content Specialist, Nurse Manager, Staff Nurse, and Clinical Coordinator. Their long professional journey started at The Christ Hospital Health Network, where they worked as a Staff Nurse from August 1997 to October 2000.

Dominique Wells has a strong educational background in the field of nursing. Dominique first attended Christ Hospital School of Nursing from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a Diploma in Nursing. Dominique then pursued further education at Ohio University, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Science from 2012 to 2014. Most recently, from 2018 to 2020, Dominique completed a Master's degree at Northern Kentucky University, specializing in Registered Nursing, Nursing Administration, Nursing Research, and Clinical Nursing.

In addition to their academic achievements, Dominique has also obtained additional certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2013, they obtained the EPIC Inpatient Orders Certification. Furthermore, in April 2021, they completed the Maximizing Operational Effectiveness certification from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
