Matt Searle

Matt Searle is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Engineering Director at Conduktor since February 2024. Previously, Matt held various senior positions at Funding Circle UK from September 2017 to January 2024, including Director of Technology Solutions & Architecture and Director of Technology Strategy, where collaboration with C-suite executives focused on delivering customer solutions across product groups and engineering teams. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Director and Principal Engineer at Morgan Stanley, where leadership spanned large-scale financial systems, as well as a Sports Platform Engineering Manager at Betfair, responsible for critical betting exchange systems. Early career experience includes software architecture at Picdar and supporting digital image compression techniques as a Computer Officer at Bath University. Matt holds a degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Bath.
