Elizabeth Ivonne Noriega Aguilar graduated in Law from the National Autonomous University of Mexico; She studied a Master's Degree in Public Administration at the National Institute of Public Administration and a Specialty in Constitutional Law at the Maximum House of Studies; She studied the Diplomas in Legal Aspects of Foreign Trade and in Banking and Financial Law taught at the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico.
She currently serves as Legal Vice President of the National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Users of Financial Services.
She has 20 years of professional experience as a local and federal public servant.
In the Federal Public Administration, she served as Director of Contracts and Director of Planning and Strategic Information Technology Projects of the Ministry of Public Administration.
