Oscar Rosado Jiménez earned his degree in Administration from the La Salle University of Mexico City. He currently serves as President of the National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Users of Financial Services (CONDUSEF) He has worked in the private sector and at the three levels of government in the country as a bank official, Municipal Treasurer of the City Council of Cárdenas, Tabasco, Secretary of the City Council of Comalcalco, Tabasco, Treasurer of the then Federal District, today Mexico City, and Director of Administration and Finance of the Provident Fund of the Auxiliary Police of Mexico City.
During his six-year tenure as Treasurer of the then Federal District, now Mexico City, he modernized the most important local collection system in the Mexican Republic, making it easier for taxpayers to pay their taxes through the Internet, bank counters and convenience stores. self-service, creating a new concept of Treasury service offices called “Service Centers”, located inside self-service stores and shopping malls.
As Director of Administration and Finance of the Mexico City Auxiliary Police Provident Fund, he cleaned up the entity's finances, created its technical reserve and quintupled its assets.
