Roberto Tejero Castañeda earned his Bachelor of Administration from La Salle University in Mexico City, currently Vice President of User Service Units of the National Commission for the Protection and Defense of Financial Services Users.
He has experience in private initiative and the public sector at the three levels of government, with a track record of more than 17 years in the latter.
He has held the positions of Director General of North-South Delegations in the CONDUSEF; in the local government of Mexico City, he was: Director of Budget and Personal Services Systems in the Attorney General's Office, Private Secretary of the Treasurer, Coordinator of Regional Operations in the West and South Zones of the Tax Administration Sub-Treasury, Director of Attention to Users of the now Mexico City Water System, Revenue Director of the Sub-Treasury of the Tax Administration, among others.
At the Municipal level, he has held the positions of: Municipal Treasurer in Xalapa, Veracruz, Undersecretary of Predial and Cadastre in Jiutepec, Morelos and in the City Council of Tlalnepantla de Baez, Head of the Department of Organization and Methods.
And in the private sector, serving areas of commerce, information technology and sales, in companies such as Sistemas MDS México, SA de CV, Var de IBM and Olivetti Mexicana.
