Barbara Hodge

Barbara Hodge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the shared services and outsourcing industry. Currently serving as Co-Founder of Condutto, a non-profit mentoring platform for women since December 2023, Barbara continues to work at the Shared Services & Outsourcing Network (SSON) as Global Online Editor since January 2000. Previously, Barbara held the position of Editorial Director at Armstrong Information from 1992 to 1999, where responsibilities included overseeing trade journals and organizing industry conferences. Barbara's early career includes experience as an Associate at Deutsche Bank Capital Markets from 1987 to 1991, specializing in capital markets research and Eurobonds syndication. Academic achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Politics, and German from the University of Buckingham and British A-levels from Aiglon College.
